As a prominent player in the pesticide business, we are seeking an experienced Sales Person to join our team. With a solid foundation of success, we are looking for a motivated individual to expand our market reach and drive sales growth.

Position: Experienced Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in the pesticide industry.

- Present our product offerings to potential clients and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

- Communicate with international clients in English, including countries where English is a second language.

- Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.

- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.


Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pesticide or related industry.

- Experience with international business and sales is a plus.

- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate verbally, even if not entirely fluent.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Adaptability to different cultures and communication styles.

- Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required.
