We are an established international trading company specializing in the pesticide 

business since 2015. With a strong track record of success, we are looking to 

expand our team and bring on board a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to enhance 

our logistics operations.

Position: Shipping Coordinator

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage shipments of pesticides and related products to international destinations.

- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

- Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.

- Address and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays.

- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.

- Optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in shipping coordination, particularly with overseas container shipments.

- In-depth understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients.

- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

- Proficiency in shipping software and tools.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
