The factory maintains control over quality objectives by implementing standardized process control measures. The quality department carefully analyzes the data to evaluate the effectiveness of these measures, resulting in actionable insights to optimize production, packing processes, and overall processes. This continuous improvement approach enables us to enhance product quality and consistently optimize and refine our products.

In compliance with the AQL standard product inspection process, Molotus adheres to specific guidelines for each batch number of the unit product. This includes determining the sample size or series sample size, establishing acceptance criteria numbers, and implementing rules for receiving, rejection, and judgment. Our comprehensive plan encompasses supplier control, retention of samples for testing, batch inspections, qualified warehousing procedures, percentage of pass, rejection thresholds, and more.

Quality monitoring process

Molotus follows a comprehensive inspection process for the shipment of each batch of our products:

1. Raw material inventory inspection

2. Sampling inspection of finished products

3. Continuous monitoring of the entire production process by Molotus' dedicated quality inspection personnel at the factory

4. Field sampling during the repackaging phase

5. Entrusting a third-party institution, such as the Shanghai Pesticide Research Institute, renowned for its expertise in pesticide testing, to analyze the products

6. If required by customer specifications, we send samples to SGS for further testing

7. Conducting a final round of product inspection analysis based on the corresponding test report

By adhering to this meticulous inspection process, we ensure the quality and compliance of our products throughout their journey from production to shipment.

To prevent any damage during transportation prior to shipment, Molotus conducts thorough inspections in our product warehouse monitoring department. We also take precautions upon arrival at the Shanghai warehouse to mitigate the risks of shipping damage, pollution, and any potential quality or functional issues. Our primary goal is to ensure the safe and intact delivery of our products.
